The hotel was clean and safe. Parking lot lighting was sufficient, however parking was a little scarce in the front. I booked through their web site and received free breakfast for four. It was a buffet that consisted of scrambled eggs, bacon, grits, etc. more

I have stayed at may Hiltons but this was the worst stay ever. The problem was when I spoke to the general manager about a problem that occured she flat out called me a liar. more

Do not get me wrong - this hotel is very, very nice. It is, however, advertised as the Hilton Garden Inn near the airport - it seriously took 20 minutes to get from the airport to the hotel, and vice versa. It all sounded great at the time of booking "the romance package"...When we arrived at the hotel at 2:45 (keep in mind checkin is at 3:00) we were asked to wait a few minutes to get a room ready. Forty five minutes later we were sent to a room where the maids were still cleaning and had two double beds... more

another nice place to stay at the rooms are nice ,beds are very soft and the staff is very good, breakfast is not free like hampton inn's but it is a good place to stay more

Spent one night at this Hilton Garden Inn and was pleasantly surprised with the room. Instead of the standard typical hotel furnishings, this one had nice modern headboard, comfy club chair with ottoman, and a herman miller desk chair. Don't be ripped off by taxi cab -- was charged $8.50 /person (There was 4 of us) . The fare should have been determined by the meter -- and should have been around $10. We had a early flight out so we chose to stay here rather than stay in our New Orleans hotel. Arranged a 4 am wake up... more

Spent a 3-nite stay here during BCS football bowl weekend to avoid highly escalated special event prices closer to the Superdome. Stayed just one night at the Hilton before staying down in the quarter. It was very clean, nice size rooms and very comfy. Breakfast was very good and you can pay before going would stay again Arrived late room service still open and was very good. Also walked right over to casino and didnt have to valet park. more
