At the time of writing this review 26/5/15 What was advertised on this hotel's website and in their room brochure was not fully correct. We did not have wifi to the rooms due to bad weather a couple of weeks ago which knocked out the system. There is no longer a bar, restaurant and the pool is in a mess.... More

Unless you're looking for poor service, poor quality, no towels, and a lot of excuses, stay somewhere, anywhere else! I am still being double charged and have gotten no refunds as promised and no charge-back for the lack of a return shuttle from the cruise port.

Started great-- except for notification at checkin that wi-if was down (Oh, well, we thought, it will be up by tomorrow night when we get back).Very nice room, newer everything. I booked 5 nights at this motel thinking it suited my needs at the price it offered. I was on a budget. On arrival it seemed ok. Until I enquired about its features. The hotel was dirty it had the look and feel of a pay by the hour for use hotel. We got in late at night and we were instructed to walk outside around the whole building to get to the elevator (which doesn't work) to get to our room on the top floor. Once we got into our room there... More

Property was far from luxury but clean and reasonable. Room smelled moldy. Front desk staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. No operating restaurant but the free breakfast was good, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, apples, toast, cereal, waffles, pancakes, juice, coffee, etc.

Room was dirty. Stains on the wall. Cruise shuttle was completely unorganized. Words cannot express how terrible the whole experience was. I will tell anyone and everyone I know to NOT stay here. It should be shut down. It's that bad. Really.

Stayed at this property 4/18/15 the beds very comfortable. The staff very nice and transportation to the ship pier to catch our cruise great. The rooms though smelled musty and everything felt damp-could it be because of the location?

Was told our room would be ready at 3pm and it was after 5 before we got in. They had to put us in a handicap room because our original room still wasn't done. Front desk staff were not friendly. The building is clearly the worse for wear. There were buckets all over catching leaks and only 2 out of 5 machines in the exercise room worked. But the grounds were manicured and everything was clean and well stocked. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the few minor issues in my room were fixed minutes after I reported them.... More
