After the front desk could initially not locate my reservation I was finally able to check into the room. Upon trying to set a wakeup call for the next morning I attempted to call the front desk three times only to discover that the room's handset was not working (the mouthpiece was not functional). Needless to say I did not trust the phone to provide a wake up call and used my cell phone instead.
Why hotel pillows offer ZERO support I'll never know, but this hotel does not stock any other kinds of pillows at all. I therefore got no restful sleep at all. I cannot recommend Days Inn in Cut Off and will try to avoid staying here in the future.
