I am a Priority Club member with Holiday Inn and that is why I chose this hotel. Upon check in I was given a welcome bag with cookies, chips, and a bottle of water in appreciation for my membership. There was also a restaurant (beautifully remodeled by the way) where I was able to enjoy dinner every night. The staff... more

My family and I stayed a night in this hotel passing through Covington, LA on I-10 from which it is less than a mile. While it is convenient for getting off and back on the highway, the location is not too attractive nestled among shopping plazas and next to a gas station. A restaurant is built on to the front... more

I'm having to travel to Covington on business every week since March 2008. This is the motel I choose on my first trip there. Here's a summary of what I think about this place: I like: Nice relaxing atmosphere in the lobby. Parking is ample. Conveniently located along Hwy 190 What I don't like: Room was old and dirty (I... more

I was told this property was old. EVERYTHING was new from my experience I had. I had a Brand New Mattress, they are so comfortable was told they have pillow top. Brand new sheets, new ac's with a humidifier, and they have mini microwaves/Fridges. I really didn't like the comp coffee in the room. I walked down to the restaurant... more

An older property with rooms entered from outdoors, this Holiday Inn is well kept. It's got free, hard-wired Internet which was very quick. The TV could do with a few more channels, though no big deal. But, truth be told, this wasn't a $114 room. Days earlier, I stayed in an identical Holiday Inn in Gulfport for $79 -- and... more

I stayed in the Holiday inn and Suites April 17th - 19th! My parents, brother and I stay in room 509 in the Holiday Suites! We had a 2 BR 2 BA Suite! The rooms were very nice. One of the only compliants we had is we had reserved smoking and received a non-smoking room. The rooms were very clean... more

I stayed at the Hoilday Inn in Covington for one week. I was on business and chose the hotel based on location and the fact that it had a bar and restaurant. I had no idea what time I would be coming back to the hotel (after work), so having a bar and restaurant there was a big plus. The... more

What a surprise... I am in Covington several nights a month and this was was our first time to stay at this hotel. We have been staying at another big brand hotel in the area for months in spite of the bad service and rude staff. We expected this hotel would be the same - understaffed with employees that are... more

The hotel had a manaagement change last November and it shows! The rooms and suites were clean and the hotel has recently installed HSIA and voicemail. They also welcomed our little dog (who is part of our family). The restaurant servers and front desk clerks couldn't have been nicer. Kudos to the team! more
