Covington's great little hideaway. The is a B&B that thought of everything. Can't say enough. Linda & Don the proprietors have a wonderful place. I came here with my wife and daughter to see my family during a hard time, and they made our stay perfect for a no stress easy visit. A++ and thank you for making us feel... More

This was the second time my husband and I stayed at Camellia House. Although it had been a few years since we were last there, Linda treated us like long time friends, and she is an excellent hostess! We stayed in the Master Suite off the front porch, where we can sit on the porch swing, sip on a cool... More

My Aunt and I stayed here for two nights just this week. I traveled to Covington for work and she came along. This was our first time staying at a bed and breakfast. We both really enjoyed our time here. Linda and Don - the owners have done a fantastic job creating such a wonderful place. The rooms are very... More

We loved our night at Camellia House! The breakfast in the sun room attached our room was delightful because we didn't have to even leave our room. Not being a fan of eating breakfast with strangers, this was delightful. The WiFi was fast and easy to use. The room was impeccably clean. The location is a short walk from an... More

My husband and I took a week long trip around Louisiana visiting a different city or town each night. Our absolute favorite stop was Covington because of the amazing Camellia House!! Linda was so so nice and accomdating. Her backyard is absolutely gorgeous with the pool, the hot tub, and the firepit area. It was like a magical fairytale land.... More

We chose Camellia House because we wanted to be able to visit New Orleans but not actually stay in the city. It worked perfectly for that being just across the causeway. The accommodation was tasteful with everything you need however it was rather small, we had a king by the pool but on the website I am sure it is... More

My sister and I love The Camellia House. Linda is a wonderful hostess. Her recommendations were excellent and we just loved talking with her! We loved our tasty breakfasts in our private sunroom. Two days were not enough!

I really enjoyed the stay while attending business in Covington, LA on 4/7 thru 4/11. Linda is such a wonderful hostess. She made sure to check in with me to make sure that everything was okay and helped me out with local questions on dining, directions, etc.. She had homemade pralines in the room each evening and kept the mini... More

Great place for a quiet get away, very nice rooms with all the conveniences of home, plus a pool and hot tub for relaxing! Also, the local historical district within walking distance is an added attraction, including the Bogue Falaya River and parks. Mrs Linda was the perfect hostess, and an extra bonus, she sure knows how to make a... More

My husband and I (and our 6 month old) decided to visit the North Shore. We couldn't decide between a farm experience and a B&B - Covington, Bush or Mandeville. We only could stay one night so I had to make the right decision. Just talking to Linda on the phone, I knew we had to stay at her house.... More
