I booked the Residence Inn for one night as I was passing through. The room rate was $104. When I arrived I found out they charge a $100 fee for a pet. So for a 10 hour stay with a little 8 pound dog that came in the room and immediately layed down and went to sleep my room rate... More

I received your comments regarding the pet fee you were charged during your recent stay in our hotel. We truly make every attempt to accommodate families travelling with pets by charging a one time fee versus a daily pet fee. We require the guest room to be cleaned and fumigated to prevent any allergic reaction a future guest may experience... More

My family and I have stayed at this hotel many times within the last year. Hotel is always very clean and rooms are very spacious. It is a great hotel for long stays or for a weekend. The breakfast is delicious and has a large selection than most hotel breakfasts. During the week the hotel also has free delicious meals... More

We stayed at the Residence Inn for several days when our daughter was married in Mandeville. The 2 bedroom suite was the perfect size for the bride and her 8 Bridesmaids to get ready. The full kitchen complete with dishwasher and refrigerator came in handy. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! They were friendly, professional,... More

My wife & I stayed at the Residence Inn on 11-13 Apr 2015. This suite was great. It came with all the amenities to make our stay comfortable including a full kitchen. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived early but got checked in quickly. The hotels has a complimentary full breakfast every morning and a reception... More

Stayed a night at this hotel while in town for a work related meeting. Service was very good - front desk staff knew we were government employees and had all our tax exempt stuff taken care of. The room was nice - however the furniture was showing pretty obvious signs of age and wear. That doesn't particularly bother me -... More

We tend to like Residence Inns as the one or two bedroom suite floor plan usually works well with our family of five. The floor plan was nice, and I liked that the main bathroom was adjacent to the bedroom, as opposed to the main living area. However, the room lacked the bedding for the pull-out sofa other than a... Over the past two plus years I stayed at this hotel 3 -4 nights a week because of business. Over this time period the team of people at the Residence Inn ensured that while I was there it felt like home to me. They made living away from my family as easy as it can be. I cannot begin to... More

I had the pleasure of having Mercedes help me with my stay and she was INCREDIBLE. I have traveled the world and have stayed at some of the nicest hotels, and I can confidently say that no one was better than Mercedes. I look forward to coming to Covington soon, just to see Mercedes' smiling face! I recommend the Residence... More

We stayed at this hotel while passing through Louisiana on our way home from California. It's ideally located in the middle of the I-12 bypass on I-10 and not far from New Orleans. There are also some very good local restaurants (try the Bear’s po-boy). The hotel staff and housekeeping are what you'd expect from Marriott, though the evening food... More

I seek out Residence Inns when I am in suburban areas and this one was everything I count on and then some. The setting was quiet, but very convenient. Everything was very clean and the breakfast was better than in some other locations--great eggs, ham, biscuits, as well as fresh fruit, yogurt, breads and cereals. They also happened to have...
