“Outstanding”

Everything about this hotel is great. From the friendly staff to the clean rooms. We were always greeted with a smile from everyone we encountered, and our housekeeping attendant was always happy in assisting us. We'll always stay at this hotel when in the Bossier City area.

“Hampton Inn on Gould”

The staff is very professional and cordial. I was shocked that the receptionists remember us from our stay in January. She greeted me by my last name. This hotel is very clean; I guess that's why we keep coming back (and the staff is pretty darn amazing).

“Nice Stay and Pet Friendly!”

Our room was very clean and quiet. The bed was SO comfy and had lots of nice pillows. I used the workout room and found it to be stocked with towels, water and various weights of medicine balls, an eliptical & treadmill. Their breakfast options were plentiful and the attendant was very sweet and helpful. Will definately stay again.

“Awesome Hotel”

We really felt welcomed by all staff and had a wonderful stay. The beds in this hotel are so comfortable we wanted to take them home with us. The breakfast although was very busy each morning, was always full and the attendant was friendly.

“Clean hotel with great service”

The hotel staff was very friendly, rooms were clean, and we were even given a welcome gift in our rooms. The breakfast was VERY good, and breakfast staff were on hand to keep everything clean and stocked. I will definitely stay here again!

“Would stay here again”

Was greeted by name upon arrival. Front desk staff was very helpful with suggestions and directions. Only had one slight problem with room, which was corrected upon our return to room after day out in the city. Property was very clean and everyone was friendly.

“A Great Place to Relax.”

This stay was unbelieveable. I enjoyed everything. Everyone did a great job. Everything was clean, and the smiles that each staff member had, really made a difference. I enjoy smilling and I love to see people smile. And the Hotel is in a great location to eat and shop. Hampton outdid theirselves. Thank You all so much.
