This place is bad, believe it, BAD! I can't believe that this is a Holiday Inn chain hotel. It is not at all a hotel, but a MOTEL, and a crappy one at that. I was glad we got a ground floor room or I would have had to haul my luggage up a flight of stairs since there's no... more

i was taking my wife & mother-in-law to Louisiana for a funeral. I booked a 2 1/2 star on Hotwire. I'd never stayed in Bossier City-the Hotwire listing was Shreveport- I know, it's a different section of Shreveport Metro area. My wife & M-i-L were very ill at ease with the area. Shouldn't this be disclosed on travel site? Also,... more

This place is a dump! The lobby has been renovated, but the rooms are from the 1900's. The only thing I can say good about this place is that the room was moderately clean. However, I did not have a black light to locate all the uncleanliness that is not seen with the naked eye. Do not fall for the... more

My husband and I stayed for two nights and three days. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We stayed on the 2nd floor of the back level and it was very quiet and peaceful. The Louisiana Riverwalk Outlet mall was a wonderful place to shop and dine. There were nice restaurants near the hotel as well. We will stay there... more

Old Hotel but you can see that the maids really did a good job of keeping it clean for as old as it is. A little water stained celing in the bathroom, decor really needs updating, a fresh coat of paint might help, beds were really hard. Front desk was very helpful with directions I needed the next day. more

Stayed here for just one night after winning a bid on Priceline. I was disappointed that it had such bad reviews. It wasn't that bad, but not what I expected. It is an older hotel with all doors open to the outside. This made me kind of nervous with people outside smoking and talking later in the night. It is... more

I have stayed over a period of months at this hotel. They need to power-wash the walks and clean up around the vending areas. Most of the air conditioners do not remove the humidity from the rooms-plugged up??? I mentioned it to them and they moved me to another room but problem exists in most rooms, your newspaper will wilt... more

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Bossier for almost a month. The staff was very friendly and treated me like part of the family. Their rooms were nice and clean. If I am ever in Bossier City again, I will definately be staying with them again. more
