I have to agree with most of the negative comments, this place needs some major improvements. I am in the Railroad business, and I am surprised they board crews at this dump. I have asked about the wifi more then once, and got 6 different answers!!! There are more places to stay here, and my next trip it won,t be... More

Long story short, the staff likes to do whatever they want to customers and management supports them. This includes grabbing on customers, making disgusting comments, manipulating customers, lying to them, stealing from them, fighting with them, and so on!!! A staff member vandalized a customer's personal property, but management saw banning the customer as the solution to that problem while... More

This hotel has been in a steady decline in maintenance and amenities. This hotel is used by three different railroad companies and numerous trucking and construction companies. WIFI is non existent in the majority of the hotel. Carpet will turn your white socks black. Management tends to ignore complaints about everything. I only stay here because this is where my... More

We have family in Bossier/Shreveport so we visit a few times a year. I am pretty picky and have yet to find a hotel in Bossier that was up to my standards, until now. We were very pleased with the price. Complementary breakfast and free wifi was a plus. The room was spotless and the beds were comfortable, not worn... More

If they would get a new manager the place could be a real nice hotel. We checked in and they could not find our reservation and it took a long time to get checked in. The smoke smell from the video poker rooms was so strong in the lobby it made you sick. They had the front door propped open... More

Hotels over the weekend in Shreveport/Bossier are very expensive (overpriced). This was one of the few that had availability at a reasonable rate. I was staying just for an overnight while driving so proximity to the casinos was not important, although it wasn't too far. Right off I-10 which was good for me. Place is a typical motel. Rooms dated... More

My boyfriend and I just wanted a night away from our normal activities, so we stopped in for one night. I was very pleased with the service we received because I'm a very picky person when it comes to Hotel rooms and being clean. The housekeeping came to the room and brought me extra towels and shampoo, I liked that... More

I drive a truck and use the Corporate Lodging Card. Not much on the list in the area and Country Hearth had the best ratings of those on the list. The room was really small and only had a full size bed. Room was pretty clean but was starting to show a little wear and tear. Bed was too soft... More

So when I first arrive at the hotel, I was amazed because I was expecting better. Let's just say looks can be deceiving. I walked in and looked around. I saw video poker rooms, which is a positive. I went to the front desk and the young lady Sandy behind the desk had the biggest smile. When you walk in... More
