had booked 4 rooms thru hotels.com ,did not check on reservations,arrived on due date to checkin only had 2 rooms reserved. staff was very helpful to get us 2 rooms at a cheaper rate than we were provided thru our booking service. more

First I reserve 2 queen beds, got there, and there are 2 FULL beds...they don't even have queens. Then, the room way musty, there were holes in the carpet, the AC unit wasn't attached to the wall, and you could actually see outside, there was rust on the inside of the front door, and the bedspread was dirty- then the light in the bathroom didn't work (only the heat light), coffee pot in the room was icky.....the cleaning staff WAS NICE....we didn't eat in the cafe because it had a funny smell...it just goes on and on....By far, the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in... more
