This hotel is close to other attractions such as the Louisiana Boardwalk for shopping. The room was well cleaned and very comfortable. The staf were also very courteaous and knew everything about the property. I would tell all my friends to stay there. more

Stayed there on a Sat nite. Rooms are NOT insulated or sound proofed. I could hear conversations in next room as though I was in the room w/ them. Snoring, telephone rings, etc. Worst stay at a hotel I've ever had. Basically, sleepless nite. Never stay there again... even if comped. more

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Boomtown Hotel and Casino! The room was quite comfortable with a nice skyline view of downtown. The casino staff was very friendly and the gaming floor atmosphere was fun and exciting. Would denifately stay here again. more

First off the hotel room looks nothing like the website shows. Forget about a flat screen or plush down comforters as they show. Rooms are needing updating. The bathtub was the only good thing.
