On my fifth night of the cross country road trip I stayed at this Motel 6, because pets stay for free. The lady at the front desk, was very very sweet. She gave me several recommendations for good food in the area, and a coupon for free dessert at one of the restaurants. The room was clean but the locks... More

This motel is a definite deal if you are looking at a quick place to crash before going on your way. Positives: near the interstate, friendly staff, and comfortable beds Negatives: Flooring peeling up in bathroom, towels like sandpaper and nonabsorbent, near the highway loud traffic noise, blankets had holes in them, outside door lock stuck, and bathroom door wouldn't... Rooms smelled like Pine Sol. Don't expect luxury. Cold showers, sandpaper towels. The window unit heater didn't heat at all, just turned it off and went to sleep. Good privacy and noise tolerance. Don't go anywhere across the train tracks in a hurry, cause the trains take about 30min to pass and if you run into one you're stuck. Lots... More

Certainly an older Motel 6 with the outside doors but fairly well kept inside and out. Some noise from the I-20 traffic but not too bad on the side I was on. Room was clean and had a decent bed. Friendly and efficient check in & out. I paid about $47.00 tax-in which seemed a little high but considering the... More

These rooms are so small you'll feel cramped! Much smaller than most Motel 6's. I booked my single queen room online at motel6.com. When I arrived I was given a double bed room that smelled like a cigarette receptacle outside of Walmart. I went the desk and was given a queen room 50 feet from I-20. I couldnt sleep because... I would hazard a guess that, unless you're going to Shreveport/ Bossier City to see relatives or friends, you're going there to gamble at one of the seven casinos. On my most recent trip, I booked a single room at the Bossier City Motel 6 where I have stayed countless times over the years. As I have stated in other... More

The way to find this motel 6, may be hard to find, but get to it and you won't regret it. This motel 6 is not remodeled yet but is still clean and good. The front desk service is fabulous and speedy. The location is great, only a few miles to the casinos and downtown area. Quick easy access back... More

Honestly, I don't expect fantastic things when I check into a motel 6. Pimps and hookers, partying kids, musty rooms, etc. This place wasn't terrible. No noisy kids. Only one obvious prostitute.Surprisingly, it was the cleanest smelling room I've ever had at a motel 6. Sink and toilet both leaked, but weren't too noisy. Very nice shower, although like most,...
