Hotel was Priceline deal! Great Price for such a place I thought. Checkin was easy! Waited for 10 minutes for the two elevators to come down. Thought it was just me but was joked on by other guests also. Room had two double, sofa and a table. Small kitchenette also. Older and need of remodel but clean. When I went... More

Upon arriving the staff is very friendly and welcoming. First stay my TV didn't work. I requested every day to get it fixed and it never was. I also ended up getting charged for viewing a movie on my broken TV. Also I noticed that they ran out of plates and utensils in the breakfast area the first stay and... More

My fiancé and I were in town for a weekend getaway and chose this hotel for the night . Although an older building , the property was well maintained and had superior service due to its great staff , who went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. A definite return trip is in the... More

Stayed here twice in the last week breaking up a long drive Florida. The king room was clean and comfortable. Easy access of of the highway without driving through town. The breakfast was simple but good and the eating area was clean. We paid with a gift card and the agent had a lot of problems with the computer. Apparently... More

Made reservations months ago to stay in this hotel with our soccer team. Reserved a room with 2 double beds and a sleeper sofa because my mother in law came with us - so that made 3 adults and 3 kids in one room. Went to check in & was told the room I had a confirmation for was sold... More

Have stayed here twice on business in the last couple months. The staff is fabulous and the King rooms are spacious and comfortable and a good value for the price. Found the bed to be very comfortable. However, this is not a 5 because housekeeping failed to remove dirty dishes on the second stay and a broken light fixture was... More

This hotel is conveniently located with many restaurants nearby. The hotel was very clean and the free breakfast was very good. As a road warrior it's always great to have a spacious suite. I'll be staying here again...

Loved this hotel. Came to Baton Rouge with my mom researching our family tree as her parents are from there. As for the hotel, it was pretty clean and fairly updated (we switched rooms because our fridge didn't work) BUT I can't complain at all about my stay. Both rooms were great and they gave us free starbucks vouchers for... More

Due to a lightening strike we were escorted to our room and felt like we were locked in. TV didn't work and no one came to assist despite our request. Yes they had premium bedding but had not triple sheeted the duvet so it just looked thin and dingy. Bed was comfortable and their complimentary breakfast outstanding. Ok for a... More

Upon check in I was informed the key card maker for guest rooms was tore up and I had to have someone escort me each time I wanted to enter my room. When I entered my room, it smelled like cheap cologne. The carpet in the hallways smelled like mildew. The carpet cleaning guys were cleaning the carpets in their... More
