“Great place - needs better housekeeping”

We loved the comfort of the fireplace, a full kitchen and fantastic, comfortable bed.... But they really need to do a better housekeeping job and remember to check crucial supplies such as toilet paper and kleenex. “This place has no idea what customer service means!!!”

I have asked for my room to be cleaned once a week. Each time I wanted it cleaned I asked the front desk to be sure they would clean my room completely...and made sure they knew...change the sheets, vacuum and scrub the floors...only done once in a 6 week stay...they don't leave extra toilet paper, i have to ask to... We are sorry that your stay is not what you expected. When you put do not disturb on your door this means no one will enter your suite at all. Housekeeping services are available daily until 5pm. Suites are cleaned daily, sheets are changed every Tuesday and Thursday, floors are vacuum and swept daily etc... We are here to serve... More

Stayed for 2 nights in a 2 bedroom suite. Check into room and the first thing we noticed is the TV is on in the upstairs BR. No remote control for TV. “Very nice but on a bad spot”

Located next to the highway, so not very romantic. A small tenniscourt annex basketball field. Nice pool, but only available after 10 am. Breakfast and dinner, better go somewhere else. Very friendly staff and nice big and confortable suites.

We apologize that the interstate noise disturbed you. This is one of our best assets that clients like about our location as well as being close to many restaurants and activites. Sorry that you felt the suite was not clean enough. Chase Suites does daily deep cleaning and preventive suite care daily. Chase Suites furnishings are less then five year old. The sensor lights are added security. I am glad you did enjoy your stay and the comfort of your bed. I will bring your concerns about the furnishings to management.... More

“A real home away from home”

I have stayed in some nice hotels. this beats them all as I have room. place to work out, pool, hot tub. social hour, hot breakfast and best of all a kitchen where I can cook...No more McDonalds for dinner....Yay... The clerks and sales people rock too.....
