Hotel was fine for a business stay - furniture was average, bed was ok. Room was clean. Good location.

The purpose of my stay at the Wyndham Garden Resort in Baton Rouge, LA was for a meeting. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant, making our visit even better. Our same group stayed at this facility in 2010 when it was operating under a different name/ownership, and I must say the premises are much improved.

We loved the newly renovated hotel but bad service. We were there 3 days and they didn't clean our room once. We brought it to there attention each day but then it kept happening! Also when I booked it, their website said breakfast was included but when we got there they said it was $10 each.

The room I received not only faced a very busy and noisy street but it was also in the corner by a very busy gas station. The front door didn't shut all the way: it was swollen from the humidity or the rain. This hotel room reminded me of a crappy Motel 6. It wasn't worth the money.

hotel staff was excellant, friendly and helpful. room was clean and comfortable, and grounds were beautiful.
