Stayed two nights for a family reunion. The place is filthy. I sat at the computer in the lobby while my kids played Webkinz and looked at all the thick dust everywhere. The place needs a deep cleaning. Our room smelled like smoke and I called down and asked for a nonsmoking room. Was told the room was non-smoking. It... more

This hotel should be shut down in order to completely gut the place and renovate from top to bottom. Unfortunately, we had to stay there in order to attend a wedding in Baton Rouge over the 4th holiday. The rooms are stuck in a 60's time warp, and,it's very dirty. Bloodstained sheets, cockroaches in bathroom, you get the picture.Everyone raves... more

Our family has used this hotel for our family reunion for many years. Unfortunately the hotel has gotten more worn down with each reunion. The great complimentary breakfast and pool /hang out area keep us coming back because besides those 2 features there isn't much to offer. The rooms are in dire need of an update, the bathrooms usually don't... more

Our team stayed here after cancelling reservations in very gross hotel in BR. This place was great. We loved having 2 room suites. The breakfast and evening reception was great. The hotel probably lost money on our team. The staff was very nice. We will stay here on the next tournament. more

Room was dirty. The furniture had tears and stains, the blanket on the bed was stained. Bathroom was dirty and the toilet leaked. The room had a weird smell. The only good part was the breakfast, will never stay again! more

The breakfast was one of the best we have ever had . The staff was nice. Close to mall and good restuarants. The TV had very bad reception could only receive a few channels. The Mircowave and frieg. was on the floor had to move furiture to use them. Had a non-working fireplace. The rooms were old but, nice. After having and extreme amount of trouble at another hotel where we had made reservations, we decided to go to Quality Suites. We had stayed at Quality Suites before and were not disappointed. This stay proved to be equally pleasing. We had no complaints--everything was working properly; the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast area and lounge were... more

Some of the previous reviews noted a 'musty' smell, which we did encounter, but it wasn't overwhelming. However, as state previously, you are going to get that anywhere the weather is mostly hot and humid. The room was decent. We particularly enjoyed the fact that the bedroom is separated from the 'living' room as I retire earlier than my husband.... more

I stayed in at Quality Suites for one night. On the positive side, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the free breakfast was wonderful, and it was near the mall and restaurants. On the negative side, the pull-out sofa bed was a death trap (ended up putting the mattress on the floor . . . it was safer that... more

I've read some bad reviews but I was very pleased. When you travel with children it is not always easy to get a room that three can sleep comfortably in. We had a King suite with a sofa bed. The room was not available prior to check-in time..of 3;00 but at 3 when we returned we were upgraded to a... more
