First room We've stayed in that didn't have a microwave. Apparently an older hotel that I didn't realize when booked this stay. Slow desk service, walls very thin to not get good nights sleep. Apparently some remodeling was being done. I always heard these hotels were top off the line but not this one. Bed was comfortable & room clean.... More

Words cannot describe the type of horror I viewed when I checked into this hotel. I'm actually a Wyndham Rewards member and travel quite frequently but after this I will be switching hotel chains altogether. Beds were fully made but when I pulled the sheets back to get in, brown and yellow stains in the center of the bed. Red... More

This particular property was a popular destination for pimps, ho's and any other ghetto and ratchet type of people... The guest were some of the loudest and noisemakers I have ever been around... the hotel could use a renovation... the pictures were false advertising... the property just doesn't make you feel safe and secure... I wouldn't recommend this property to... More

The TV in the lobby area was so loud it could be heard in adjacent first floor rooms even in the middle of the night.. The room itself was trashy. Not what we are used to with Microtel.

The guest service representatives were very courteous and displayed their appreciation for their guest choice to stay at their location. The level of customer service has really lost its value & touch these days...however, this stay so pleasantly reminded me of how customer appreciation is supposed to actually be..as I had been losing hope of it ever being correctly displayed... More
