The afternoon reception is great! The staff is very friendly, and the reception has a lot to offer. I was greeted as a Diamond Member and my check-in was quick. I always like the location in regard to restaurants and other businesses. If you decide to eat in, the restaurant has great food.

First of all, hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. However, the Internet connectivity was terrible and I hot no hot water in my room. In fact, the water was always the same tepid temperature no matter which knob was turned.

Went to BR for a wedding and stayed here. The place was very clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast in the morning is eggcelent, lol! Like getting an omelet the way I want it. They also had fresh pancakes going and they were good as well. I would not hesitate to recommend or stay here again.

The building itself was in line with the Louisiana Motif and was very charming with the koi pond. Breakfast was above average for an Embassy Suite though they could use more fruit. This is a cool property and has very large rooms. It needs major upgrades to decor. It just feels old. 70's upholstery and bed spreads. Looks like ownership is just doing enough to get by. Too bad. The staff was great coridal very warm and inviting. The plumbing in the bathrooms need updating badly. The scent of the hotel suites tells that the carpet and furniture needs to be replaced. The rooms decor and beddingis a bit outdated.

Large rooms, great service, very friendly staff, and the breakfast and evening reception are nice touches. My preferred place to stay when I travel as the price value is always there. Close to many restaurants and services is also an extra bonus!

This property is very well positioned (from a location standpoint) to allow you to do anything in the Baton Rouge area.
