Stayed a week here in two different rooms on the 4th floor. This is a good budget hotel in which I felt safe and comfortable. Beds were fine, bathroom fixtures looked updated, and overall appearance was clean. The location was very convenient for me. It was easier at times to use the stairs instead of waiting for the slow elevator,... More

We stayed 6/14/15 on a road trip. The hotel was very clean and well cared for. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very professional, especially Tina at checkin and Brittany in the evening. I stayed here before when it was a Best Western Plusand i believe it has improved.

While traveling to FL through Baton Rouge, we decided to pull over and spend the night as it was getting quite late. I booked through Orbitz, & got a great rate and an immediate reservation. I was not expecting much, as this was a quick decision. However I was impressed with what we got! Very clean rooms/hotel amenities, welcoming, &... More

Stayed for 5 nights recently. Its ok, nothing flashy, good night sleep, workable wifi, free ice-cream in the afternoon, many eating options nearby, just by I-10. We paid for a breakfast option through Booking.com, but they said they havent done breakfast for quite a while. So, I talked to the manager and she went into my booking at Booking.com and... More

Siegen Inn's facility is OK, but I was disappointed for two reasons. I selected the hotel in part because it provided a full breakfast included in the price. However, when I arrived I was told that they no longer provided breakfast, but the price remained the same because they needed the money for services other than breakfast. On checkin I... More

Spent a night here in late April on a cross-country trip. Had a room on the 4th floor, which was clean, quiet and very comfortable. Bathroom was clean, plenty of hot water. Plenty of local places to eat; I chose What-A-Burger, next door (my first time to one, not bad!) Nice desk area, wifi was good and fast. Flat screen... More

The hotel was easy to get to. Good part of town. The room was great, BUT. Do not stay in room 114. It adjoins the elevator mechanical room. Every time someone uses the elevator you hear the pumps kick on and bleed down. ALL night long. We told the front desk and the lady said there was nothing they could... More

In town on business but the property was my employer's choice, not mine. According to the reviews it sounded decent but it's definitely a no-frills place. I knew that the included breakfast was extremely limited. It was a choice of three cold cereals and some fruit and drinkable coffee but halfway through my stay even the cereal went away. What's... I stayed here for 5 weeks for business. Rooms were clean, stairwells could have been cleaned more often. The hotel offers no real food for breakfast. Probably the smallest selection of food for this style hotel. Staff was friendly. Only down side is hotel is on small side street so it can be difficult to make a left turn out... More

A state championship tennis tournament brought my wife and I to Baton Rouge for a two night stay at the Siegen Inn. Location and a fair price for the stay were the main reasons for choosing this property. The front desk staff did their joh swiftly and efficiently. Our room on the fourth floor did not have a great view... More
