The rooms need updated. It felt old and a bit musty.

Room was clean. Mattress was spongy. First three niche were Ok. A/c works great. But On 4th night a group with children checked in. I cannot believe the state of parenting these days. We only stayed one night, but it was a great place to crash while passing through Baton Rouge. Our king room was spacious, beds were comfy, everything was clean. The free breakfast was filling & more than enough to get us going. I would recommend this hotel & would stay here again.

This hotel was old and had probably been other "hotel chains" in the past. The walls were paper thin and you could here your neighbor flushing the toilet or taking a shower. Upon registring, the .desk clerk was quite consending and rude. I avoided him for the remainder of my stay. The nigh tclerk (Andrew) was a jewel.
