I would have given 5 stars but the breakfast woman was VERY grumpy, lazy and rude. My husband was friendly and asked to have some cheese melted on his sausage breakfast and she put it in the microwave but only for a few seconds and wouldn't leave it in longer saying the cheese doesn't melt. The woman had silverware sitting... More

I stayed here on a trip to Baton Rougue to visit Blue Bayou. It was very clean and the staff was accommodating. The free breakfast buffet was awesome, you can make your very own waffles! I am visiting Baton Rougue again next month and I was very disappointed that they were booked. I hope the other Residence Inn is as... More

We stayed at Residence Inn Baton Rouge Siegen Lane on the return trip of a cross country road trip. We were treated like royalty, upgraded from a studio to a two bedroom suite and couldn't have enjoyed it more. Staff was quite welcoming, suggested a fabulous restaurant for dinner and invited us to the social hour in the breakfast room.... More

What stands out foremost at The Residence Inn, Baton Rouge is the customer service. When you're away from your family for a long period of time, friendly faces and genuine smiles go a long way. Today, I was having trouble in the business center and Chanelle Jones came right over and helped me solve a frustrating issue. She even gave... More

First time at this hotel and brand. Seemed a little older and run down, it's ok and somewhat convenient to where I needed to be. But it's a pain to get into from the main road. Though easy to get onto I10.

I was a tag along on a trip to Baton Rouge. My friend had business there and we decided on the Residence Inn because of the fact that they had suites with 2 bedrooms and a kitchenette which provided a table for my friend to use for training purposes. We checked in on a Sunday night and got a room... More

I will never stay here again!!! The experience was terrible and most defiantly did not meet Marriott standards. The housekeeping staff and one of the Front Desk Clerks was the entire problem. When I checked into the room after a long trip my room was not clean. The night stand in the bedrooms had so much dust I could have... More

I stayed at this Residence Inn to visit family, who were also there from out-of-town. The hotel has several amenities like free wifi, PC and printers in the lobby, fitness room and pool, free breakfast every day and free social events Mon-Wed (which includes food, salad, snacks, sweets, beer/wine and soft drinks). And, the place is pet-friendly.

Stayed here one night in a Queen Suite when travelling through Baton Rouge. We were not disappointed. Up to Marriott standards. Easy to get to, very friendly and accommodating staff at the front desk. The room was comfortable and the entire property appeared to be recently updated. Room rates are reasonable but if travelling with a pet, make sure you... More

We stayed the weekend here while awaiting the arrival of our grandson. We chose Residence Inn as we were traveling with our dog. As always the accommodations could not have been better. We felt right at home. The price was great and there were so many choices for dining and shopping.
