The location is very convenient to anything downtown, especially the art museum. The hotel is modern, up-to-date, and clean. The rooms are not very large, but OK in size. There is a nice little lounge downstairs. The front desk and housekeepers were friendly. There is a parking garage right next to the hotel with reasonable rates or there is valet.... More

I stayed at this one hotel for night. It's in a really great location (across the street from a really good coffee shop). The only problem I had with this hotel is that it smelled like smoke (I don't think people were smoking inside at the bar but I can't be sure). I know you can't stop people from smoking... More

Came in for the Louisiana marathon and took a room here as it was only a few blocks from the finish line. The room was relatively small, but clean, well-appointed, and quiet. The bathroom was especially clean and modern with a nice shower. My bed was comfortable, a bar/restaurant is available in the lobby, and they have a complimentary shuttle... More

Let's get the negative out of the way. Their rooms are on the smaller side. Everything else was good. Clean, nice, and staff were always helpful. I called down to the desk to make sure that they did not supply blow dryers, as our room did not have one. The room was supposed to have had one and there was... More

We stayed here after going to the Sugar Bowl in New Orleans, we didn't want to spend $700 a night for a hotel in New Orleans. We arrived close to midnight, but the man at the front desk greeted us as if he was just starting his shift, very friendly and welcoming. He apologized that the valet parking attendant was... More

My husband and I decided this Christmas to take a road trip so we could spend some quality time together. Our final destination was Baton Rogue and THE INDIGO HOTEL. We reserved our room through Priceline and arrived the Indigo the afternoon of Dec 26th. The bellman got us to our room where we immediately realized it was much smaller... More

While traveling to a conference in Baton Rouge, I was bumped from the host hotel, and boy was that a bit of luck! This hotel is exceptional. The staff went out of their way to help out and were very pleasant and helpful. I rode down on the motorcycle, and they hooked me up with parking in the garage next... More

I really liked this hotel. The staff is very friendly and they make you feel home. The room was clean, trendy and big enough. The shower was big with nice amenities. I definitely choose this hotel again.

The Hotel Indigo Baton Rouge is a stylish, well-appointed hotel located about two blocks from the Mississippi River. I've stayed here twice and found the staff to be personable, even moreso when the hotel's mascot, Huey the dog, is in the building! The rooms are modern and comfortable with stylish fixtures. As others have mentioned, rooms with a single bed... More

Booked the hotel last minute when flight was cancelled on 11/16/14. The young lady who checked us in was wonderful, however it was apparent the hotel was grossly under staffed. The room was on the small side, but clean and had the vibe expected from an Indigo. The bar/restaurant was ok - but understaffed - the food was very disappointing.... More

Dear kdl63. First off, I want to apologize for the issues you had with your recent stay at the Hotel Indigo. Obviously a simple stay that should have left you inspired by Hotel Indigo service was not even close. Just to clarify we do have 24 hour shuttle service. There was some miscommunication and that has been corrected. I know... More
