The hotel from outside looks already scarey and horriffic especialy cus on some of the doors the locks are broken up!! The staff is awful as well as the smely mildewd rooms...Unless you are realy tired just drive a few feet further and check in into a neat , friendly Holiday Inn
We were road weary (ages 15, 48, 50, 77)...Left Bloomington, IN about 9 PM en route to Kinston, NC. Plan was to drive about 3 hrs, then get a good night's sleep and hit the road again! We figured...just a place to sleep, shower, and go.

I stayed two nights at this hotel and was not impressed. You get what you pay for...and less.
PROS:
- price isn't bad. Looked like several just-driving-through travelers knew about this place. Arrive late, gone in the morning.
- rooms fairly clean and average size (HBO and many other channels on the tv)
- for snacks you can walk 50...
