My husband and I spent a night here while traveling South. Our room was very clean and the bed was SUPER comfortable! The only hiccup was that I booked the room on-line and discovered upon our arrival there was a AAA discount rate (this was not an option on-line). When I requested the AAA rate I was told that because... More

This is a beautiful property. Very well maintained. Friendly staff. We had a couple minor issues which were handled quickly. We had a one bedroom suite and it was very nicely laid out. Interesting to know that the hotel is owned by the university and they offer a work program for students to help pay their tuition.

Love this place! Floors so clean you can see your reflection. Staff the friendliest I've ever met. Large parking lot. Inn's lot is private and quiet. Pool is huge and deep, but does not have a bathroom nearby. Stayed in the 1.5 room Founder's suite, and it provided ample space for 2 adults and 2 small children. Room fresh and... More

Traveling from Ohio to Georgia, I chose to stay at Cumberland Inn. I had read several reviews which rated it highly. I think I picked the wrong day because it was not bad but not excellent. When I checked in, I could not park in front of building because of parking lot work being done. That was ok. I definitely... More

This hotel is a University of the Cumberlands property. It was excellent. Extremely clean. Friendly people. The lobby had a grand piano with two staircases on either side. King size poster bed. White linens. The restaurant had good food and the students of the university work at the hotel and restaurant. This hotel beat most of the big chains. The... More

Very professional desk clerks, very clean and comfortable room. Quiet & safe. We were there at Christmas & the winding staircases were all decorated up along with a tree in the entrance. It was so beautiful, we thought we must be in the wrong place.

My boyfriend and I stayed here on a recent trip to Tennessee. I could have spent the week!!! The rooms were gorgeous but the lobby area was out of this world!!! Those stair cases were really something. The bed was very comfortable, it felt like a mattress and not a piece of wood as many hotel beds do. The staff... More

We flew into the Tri-City Airport to head to Cumberland Falls on A Nature Photography Contest. I chose this as our first nights stay because Whitley County was part of the contest boundaries and part of the photo contest. "I won 3rd place for scenery" Anyway I was astounded by the unique look of the lobby. It was as shiney... More

My son attended University of the Cumberlands and played football for the Patriots. Over the past 5 years, we have spent many nights at the Cumberland Inn. It is a beautiful Inn. The rooms are spacious and clean. Many of the staff are college students and we have always received excellent service. The Patriot Steakhouse which is located in the... More

I support all the previous reviews about this really nice hotel in the little town of Williamsburg, KY. We had our dogs with us so we had a room opposite the highway which I would recommend. It was really quiet and the bed was very comfortable. We didn't eat the breakfast or try the in-house restaurant, but had a good... More
