We, along with several other family members in town for a wedding, reserved a "non-smoking" room. However, the room (which had non-smoking symbol on the door) smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke (even after trying to air it out, running air conditioner, etc.) that we left after one night and stayed somewhere else. This is an older motel, as most in the Williamsburg area appear to be. It was clean, presentable, and in working order. I had no problems with the room itself, and received an excellent night's sleep. The bed was comfortable, room was quiet, bathroom clean, and cable selection good! I did feel a bit uncomfortable when outside the room, however.... more

Check-in was pleasant and was put in a room that he knew the wireless network worked in. Went to get something to eat my husband threw back the spread and sat on the bed, he got up because he was soaked, he pulled the cover and top sheet back and found the bed was soaked. Initial response was that bedding... more

We stayed at the Super 8 Williamsburg 12/12/04. The room reeked of cat spray, some of the carpet (in front of bathroom) was wet and the shower water was yellow! So Nasty!! more
