The mattresses are worn out. I've never slept on such a bad mattress. It is ridiculous that they don't replace their mattresses. They should lose their Super 8 franchise. more

We originally had two rooms reserved and cancelled one the day before arrival. Upon arrival they still had the second room reserved. You must fill out a registration card every time you check into this hotel even though they have your information from the reservation. The room was dirty, carpets on the floor were filthy.
