Inn keepers were friendly and efficient. Room was large and clean, well done and not too cheesy. Breakfast was on time and very good. In walking distance of Addie's at woodford too. Definitely book here!!!!

It was everything that you expect when you go to a historic inn - and more. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom large (and even had a Jacuzzi), the décor charming, and the breakfasts delicious. The innkeepers recommended two restaurants walking distance away, both of which were excellent. We also enjoyed sitting in the stunning garden behind the inn.

If you're coming to the Rose Hill Inn in Versailles, KY, to bet on the races, you might want to revise the odds that you'll get away from this B & B on time. Yes, the beds are that comfortable, the rooms are as tastefully decorated (the paintings will startle you), and the breakfast is so fine you'll adjust your... More

Everything about our stay at the Inn was perfect, as a family of 4 (two teenage children) we had 2 rooms upstairs, as there were no other guests at the time we were able (actually encouraged) to select rooms to best suit our needs, the rooms are beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Alder gave us a very informative and entertaining... More

The inn itself is lovely with a wonderful history and beautiful architecture. I spent some time sitting in the quiet of the garden while watching the bunnies and groundhogs nibbling at the grass. A beautiful home and friendly innkeepers made for a lovely stay.

two nights here punctuated a cross-country trip and provided everything a rural rest stop should... fine food, excellent host, clean and romantic room... last night, we had a couple of girl cousins stop by from nearby and we all sat on the front porch for two hours diluting boubon and refreshing memories... somebody came in and said, "you can't imagine... Thank you Alder for a wonderful night's sleep as we toured the Bourbon Country. We enjoyed the brief history of the Inn when we arrived and breakfast was very good. We will definitely come back if we are in town again. -Damon & Kim

We picked Rose Hill Inn for a two night stay based on TripAdvisor reviews. Its location is ideal for Kentucky Horse Park or Bourbon Trail adventures. You can walk to (at least) one good restaurant, but it was closed when we were there on Sunday and Memorial Day. Alder and Gill live on the premises, always a plus. We didn't... More

You don't often find an inn that fits your needs perfectly. But, Rose Hill did just that. The location is wonderful, a short walk to restaurants and shops. Our room, the Terrell Room, was on the first floor, very nicely appointed and comfortable. The innkeeper Adler, welcomed us warmly and gave all sorts of info about the area, his wife... More

Loved staying in the inn -- Alder gave us the full history of the house when we arrived (I won't spoil it here), and we hung out a lot in the lounge/den/bar area with the 14 foot ceilings, sipping bourbon and chatting. Breakfast was superb. Would definitely go back.
