The hotel was clean enough but .... the beds were hard, the drain in the tub was sluggish so you were standing in a couple of inches of water by the time you were done with your shower, the AC didn't work very well. It was always stuffy and warm in the room and the plumbing on the toilet "squealed" everytime it was flushed.
Thank goodness the price was ok ($55/night). The continental breakfast was coffee, juice and some rather stale looking rolls. There was no place close by for breakfast. There is a Wendy's in front of the hotel and a Pizza Hut down the road but that's about it. You have to go into Bardstown (18M) to find a breakfast place. Also the pool was already closed for the season and it was still in the upper 80's most of the time we were there.
