The park is awesome. The climb to the top is difficult for non-professional climbers, but doable. Husband and I enjoyed the trip. We stayed in a cottage-we highly recommend this. The price difference was relatively small and we enjoyed the peace and quiet of the screened in porch.
The natural bridge was breathtaking. We rode the skylift up, but I chickened out of the trip down. Hate heights. Treked off the mountain -- almost three miles of hiking. Not used to that but survived it. There is a shorter trail, steep, but shorter that leads off to the lodge.
Dinner and lunch at the lodge were both superb.

Enjoyable trip.
