Although the lodge is very nice, it is somewhat dated. However, the views surrounding it are wonderful and the hiking is not to be beat in this part of the country! Even though most people want to see Natural Bridge, don't neglect the other trails in the Natural Bridge State Park and the Clifty Wilderness.

The lodge itself is a trek uphill and parking can be limited and tricky, but it's an excellent place to grab a meal before or after a day of hiking. I've found the menu to be extensive at lunch and dinner, unlike some other state park dining rooms, and of course breakfasts are always great. Kentucky is a southern state... More

I recently stayed in a 1Bdrm cottage at Natural Bridge. My accommodations were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. This park is located in the Daniel Boone National Forest, and the hiking is fantastic! I hope to return for another winter hiking adventure soon.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Beautiful scenery right outside your private balcony. Wish we could visit after a snowfall. Staff so friendly, restaurant is very good with many options. Hiking and beauty all around must not be missed. Red river gorge breath taking.

We just stayed at the lodge this weekend and the rooms are clean, but nothing special. The bathroom could be more updated. But, the main reason I am leaving a comment is on the service...9 out of 10 employees were awesome....one in particular. Jessica, in the restaurant was sooo gracious and sweet. I wish I knew the name of the... More

The lodge is very comfortable. Rooms are large, beds are comfortable and the surroundings are glorious! You can nitpick for small failings in the accomodations, but why bother. You won't find such comfort anywhere else in the area. The food is good.

Spent 5 nights there while doing the Natural Bridge/Red River Gorge area. Had a room on the second floor overlooking the pool/river areas. Pool was drained due to being late in the season. River was low but flowing. Our room was comfortable but did have a tired look about it. The beds were comfortable. The room has the look of... More

This hotel is right in the middle of Natural Bridge State Resort Park. It is charming, rustic and beautiful. The views are amazing. The restaurant has good food, good service and more wonderful views.

This lodge was perfectly located for exploring the Natural Bridge and surrounding trails. The room was a bit out-dated but was clean, and the view from the balcony was great. Only real complaints were that the pool was closed on the day we were there and the Wi-Fi was terrible.

Stayed here while visiting with family in the KY area. The room was musky upon entering, bedspreads were old looking and outdated, bathroom was old and toilet looked like it belonged in a jiffy store bathroom. In the corner was a large ball of hair and several small hairs in the tub. The bedspread was damp and so were the... More
