I'm am on business in Shepherdsville and thought it would be a nice treat to bring the family along. We drove in from Chicago and realized that our daughter had lost her Dora doll at a rest stop. We stay at this Country Inn and Suites twice a year (April & October) since we attend the Knob Creek Gun show. With confirmed/guaranteed reservaton in hand, the new owners charged an extra $10+. per night at check-out. They decieded not to honor the AARP discount they quoted on the resevation. Corp. office could not get this issue resolved. Hotel's answer "Are rates are subject to change". more
