My husband and I just returned from staying 3 nights at this hotel. IF vacationing for leisure I would not stay at this hotel. We stayed in this hotel overnight together with some high school kids and a 10-yr old for a product presentation. Shepherdsville Ramada is AWESOME!! We stopped at the Ramada and they have saved our weekend. We had spent last night at a KOA and were very unhappy with KOA. My family and I were going to go up there to stay the night on a weekday. We read the reviews before we went up there. So I called and talked to someone about the waterpark. They don't open the slides or but the pumps on on the weekdays, only the weekends. The reason is because upper managment says so.... more
We do apologize that you visited on an off day for our waterpark. The waterpark does have limited hours due to its extreme expense to operate and the minimal amount of demand during mid week for its use. It was a nice comfortable hotel. It was cheaper than most and it has pretty good service. Overall it was a good experience for spring break in Louisville. more

We had a great time with our children. Thanks for helping us create some great family memories. The water park offered a great activity in the afternoons and evenings after sight seeing nearby. We really enjoyed our time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. more
