A fellow co-worker and I stayed here for about 6 months. We had no complaints and thought the rooms were a good deal for the price. The staff were very polite and helpful. Compared to other local motels, this was the best deal by far.

I checked into Relax Inn only planning to stay a week or two until I found an apartment while my construction job lasted down here. The rates were so reasonable and customer service so good I stayed 3 1/2 months. It is an older motel and slightly dated but owner does a very good job keeping it maintained. It's next... More

I checked-in in July and checking out ten weeks later. My stay here was not bad. Clean rooms, quiet, excellent location to Richmond. The owner and his staff were nothing but friendly and courteous to me. I have stayed at other hotels in Richmond before hearing about this place from co-workers and it is the best value for the money... More

The hotel is now called Relax Inn. I was in the process of relocating from Georgia and I stayed here for a month. The rooms are very clean and well maintained no bugs or roaches. The location is in a quiet and safe place .....and about a block away are the police headquarters for the Richmond area. It is surrounded... More

My husband and I relocated to Richmond and we were in the process of buying a home so we stayed here for 3 weeks. It is nothing fancy but it is clean, quite, conveniently located close to town. The rooms are nice but dated and the bed is super comfortable. The place has been renamed to the Relax Inn and... More

Well, I have stayed at 5 Star in midtown NYC and lots of Hampton Inns etc. Now this place is not welcoming from the outside. But to be honest the rooms we got were clean. Seemed to have new carpet. smelled fresh, and bathroom was spotless. It was fine for an overnight off the highway. Didnt bother with breakfast.TV worked... More

I'm not even going to waste my time writing a lot. This was an absolute dump!!! One of the worst places I never stayed. We arrived at the hotel and checked in at the Reception Building. She gave us our keys and we drove to our room. While driving through the lot I felt like I was driving through low... More

We stayed at the Richmond Ky Knights Inn on April 24. It was the worse experience we have ever had in a hotel. The tubb didn't drain water as you showered. Tile in the bathroom was nasty. Not to mention you could tell there had been mold on it and it wasn't even glued down by the tubb.Carpet was so... More

the hotel was the cheapest so we decided to go, it smelled horribly musty, the doors were hard to lock, and it didn't feel very safe at all, oh yeah the continetnatl breakfast is ceareal, coffee, orange kool-aid, and toast which was gone when we got there. the only good thing was that the people running it were very friendly.
