Three of us planned to get together to visit a fourth last week and at the last minute changed our plans, deciding to stay at "The Colonel's House". We are so very glad for this change in plans. The innkeeper, Chef Charles showed us an amazing time, describing our gourmet breakfasts as he served them. We enjoyed the most beautifully... More

We (My parents and I) had reservations here during my cross-country move from Atlanta to Seattle. My parents had gotten a flat tire and we needed a place to stop for the night, so I found this B&B on TripAdvisor while we were still about an hour plus away. Charles was very nice over the phone and friendly. Well, it... More

My husband and I went to a Halloween party at some friends' house in Princeton. Being from Paducah, we figured it would be safer to spend the night in Princeton instead of driving back that night. We started to look online for hotels in Princeton and could not find much. We expanded our search and found the Cadiz Street Bed... More

Going to the Cadiz Street Bed and Breakfast and meeting the owner, Charles, was like visiting a family member who couldn't wait to see you (and he's the best cook in the family). The Cadiz Street Bed and Breakfast comes with my highest recommendation. You will be happy that you stayed there.

My husband and I are so glad we stumbled across the Cadiz B&B. The Pratt's were extremely hospitable. They amazed us with their knowledge of the house and the local area. This was our first Bed and Breakfast experience and to say the least they set the bar VERY high for any future trips to other B&B's. The extras of the... More

For our 10th anniversary my wife Berty and I rented the Cadiz Street B&B. We rented it for a week and were treated to the best lodging experience we’ve had in our travels thus far. We found the accommodations excellent. Colonel Pratt, our host, treated us to the best of fine dining that we’ve ever experienced. We appreciated all of... More

I can not express how highly my husband and I recommend this beautiful B & B in Princeton, Kentucky! Colonel Pratt is the most gracious host you could possibly hope for. The home is absolutely immaculate in every way, the beds are extremely comfortable, the living room makes you feel right at home and the exterior is perfectly maintained. They... More

Great value. Very comfortable beds, very quiet. Wonderful breakfast. Price was terrific. Who could ask for more? Didn't see much of the town itself but well lcoated for walking to town. Patti's restaurant seems to be the best local restaurant around but it's a bit of a drive.

If you want a B & B with capital "B's" in Princeton - this is a good place. The breakfast would rival a 5-star hotel. The setting is extremely modest & should not put you off. The bedroom is very comfortable & the breakfast out of this world. An easy walk to downtown Princeton. Modest in some ways and exceptional... More

Thank you so much for your kind words about our Bed and Breakfast. We do our best to give each of our guest the best. You deserve it. Helen and I are in our third year here and rely so much on feed-back from our guest so we can improve on what we do. I am happy you loved the... More

What a treasure! We stayed there while making day trips to Land Between the Lakes, Paducah, National Quilt Museum and Patti's 1895 restauraunt, all within 1/2 hour of Princeton. Princeton has some nice antique shops. Very quiet and only two rooms so it will never be crowded or noisy. Very clean. Great value. Gourmet breakfasts. I would recommend this to... More
