We arrived about 10 pm, after a 500 mile drive of previous uncharted terrain for us....tired. We enter the room provided to us....it is very warm inside, with outdoor temperature of about 80 degrees. We adjust and try to get the air conditioner to work. No luck. We are provided another room and it is cooled off. We leave our... More

This dated property is getting a much needed rehab. The new updates are lovely. The rooms are comfortably furnished. Having breakfast included now is a plus. The staff was helpful. Edsel was particularly delightful. The lack of updated fitness center is the biggest detraction for me.

An updated HD TV would be nice in each room. I had a little trouble with the thermostat getting the room cool, once it finally worked properly I woke up froze to death. But besides that, my stay was wonderful!

Inside the room it was clean, comfortable and spacious enough. Outside there was construction debris to be walked around and workmen to dodge, especially around the elevator. The interior decor is mostly dark: rather depressing, unless you prefer to see it as "atmosphere". Outside, the parking is snug. Breakfast is not included. Much too pricey for one night on the... Stay there for 2 separate business trips in April, 2015. Under construction, and no room discount. Food is adequate, nothing fancy. Air did not work one week, the other room was fine. Atrium rooms are noisy during the day. Atrium decorated like New Orleans style wrought iron rails. This place is ok and hope the upgrade to the place get... More

This place is a disgrace. I was there with my family (we had three rooms) for a funeral and the last thing I needed to deal with was a substandard hotel, but that's what we got. Here's a highlight reel of the issues . . . my coffee maker didn't work, one mattress had a giant dent in it which... More

We visit this area several times a year and always stay at this Ramada. Their remodeling is coming along and we were able to stay in one of the newly remodeled rooms. Very nice, improved beds, tv, cable, wifi. Very clean with friendly staff. Had a problem with the new HVAC that was immediately taken care of by maintenance.
