Clean, well appointed third floor suite. We stayed in mid-January and were quite comfortable with room temperatures. As with other reviews, we were impressed with the fixtures and the style of decoration. Folks were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was done by our choice on our own, going to the bakery one street over (We did find H&H and OJ in... More

Thank you very much for your comments Peter F and we regret the inconvenience you experienced with obtaining our Wi-Fi password. To prevent future situations, connectivity information has now been placed in each guest room. Additionally, our team is being retrained on “trouble shooting” a problem if a guest incurs difficulty with their connection. We are confident that these measures... More

We stayed here for ten nights in December during our Christmas visit to Paducah. We had the 2 bedroom apt on the first floor. First of all, it is a wonderful space with lots of room and beautifully appointed. The beds were big and comfortable. We told them we didn't need breakfast so can't speak to that. The hosts Paul... We stayed two nights here. It was very comfortable. It is odd that the people upstairs have to go through our kitchen to get to their room. We did meet the couple upstairs and made some new friends. Breakfast could have been better. Just some store bought muffins and juice. There is a wonderful bakery just a block over.

American Vintage meets Modern Loft. This B&B is for those of us who wish to have decor other than antique motif. Bathrooms are complete with walk in showers and contemporary sinks. Yes, it is like staying in someones condo while they are gone. The whole 2nd floor accommodates 2 areas for travelers who will be sharing a bath. We stayed... More

My husband and I stayed at the B&B on the night of our wedding. Paul welcomed us and even upgraded our room. Everything was wonderful, except the next day no one had put out any breakfast for us. There wasn't even any milk in the fridge! This was very disappointing considering this is a bed and BREAKFAST and we had... More

We came to Paducah to visit the Quilt museum. The three days two nights was just enough. The decor was warm, the beds comfortable and the host delightful. We hd the whole second floor to ourselves and the kitchen was a nice place to have a warm drink and talk about our day. The lighting was a bit dull for... More

This "B&B" was a unique experience that I only recommend if you are a tolerant traveler. The property is beautiful, but it is more like renting a room in a downtown apartment than a B&B. The location, right downtown, is walking distance from all the major sights and surrounded by excellent restaurants. The three bedrooms share a very attractive living... More

From the picture on the booking website we were expecting a nice-looking single room, so imagine our pleasant surprise to see that we had the entire 3rd floor to ourselves, complete with a stocked kitchen, pool table, nice furniture, walk-in shower, and more. Tall ceilings. Decor was a nice blend of old and modern, and we felt like we were... More

We stayed on the 3rd floor- decorated beautifully. It is within walking distance to Luther Carson Center (just around the corner)- numerous antique shops and restaurants. We ate at Tribeca Mexican Restaurant, and it was delicious. Staff was very friendly! Kitchen had full-size stove, mini fridge with drinks. Has a huge shower, a bath and a half bath, pool table,... Why on earth would you stay in a hotel when you could stay in a renovated home for the same price?? Very short walking distance from great dining and bars. Penthouse suite has pool table and EVERY update and 2nd floor has a deck with a hottub. I will not stay anywhere else in Paducah.
