My husband and I participated in a race in Cincinnati and choose the Gateway Inn for our two night stay based on the reviews and location. We were not let down! The inn is beautiful, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the owners were very friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for us. It is very close to... More

A gracious host and hostess not only make their guests feel special but convince them they are special. Sandy and Ken are blessed with the gift of hospitality. Both seemed genuinely honored my daughter and I had chosen their beautifully restored home as a place of respite after a day of traveling and before a harrowing day of business in... More

This was the first time I stayed in a Bed and Breakfast and all my exceptions were either met or exceeded. Ken and Sandy were the most gracious and accommodating hosts. They made us feel right at home. The rooms and bathroom were comfortable and exceptionally clean. They house itself was clean and in great condition. Close to downtown Cincinnati,... More

We stayed at Gateway Bed and Breakfast for our 10th Anniversary and had the best overnight stay we have ever had! Ken and Sandy were amazing! They were very hospitable and helpful. The home was very clean and well maintained. This lovely home was also a short walk to many Cincinnati area attractions which is great if you don't want... More

We stayed at Gateway at the end of July for a 3-day getaway, and were not disappointed. Ken and Sandy are gracious and accommodating hosts, very warm and down-to-earth. The house has been restored to a beautiful condition, with very comfortable guest rooms. Access to Cincinnati area is great. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Would recommend Gateway to anyone who... Lovely home with character and charm. Wonderful hosts who care for the inn. Beautiful antiques with modern amenities. We walked over to Cincinnati on the Purple People Bridge for an event. Close to the Levee, historic area, Reds stadium and events. About a mile plus walk to get over the Ohio River to downtown Cincinnati. Nice restaurants close by for... More

Gateway B&B was the perfect spot to stay for attending a Cincinnati Reds baseball game. It was an easy, pleasant 25 min walk to the stadium. A few blocks to Newport on the Levee restaurants and entertainment. I felt like I was visiting my aunt or grandmother's home (in a good way) with the various collections. Breakfast was very tasty... Updated bathroom was nice. Loved the heated floors! Husband was disappointed that there wasn't a tv in the room, but there was a large one downstairs. We weren't there to watch tv anyway! Loved the off street parking.

The is one of the most charming places to stay that you can ever with for. They treat you like royalty. It is nicely modern in how things function, but the home is first class historical. They treat you like you are long lost, valued relatives that are coming to visit. The welcome and the orientation is great and the... More

The proprietors of this B and B go all out to ensure your comfort. They cook made-to-order breakfasts, offer coffee and tea any time of day, and have three lovely rooms in a 100-year old beautifully restored home. The location is great as well for any activities in Newport or downtown Cincinnati.
