I travel often for business and I stay in about three hotels a week and I have never encountered people as rude as at this hotel. After having stayed at several hotels in Charleston this one is my favorite! The rooms are spacious and the lobby with the spiral staircase is lovely. It's a very friendly and hospitable hotel. This hotel is located downtown, which is where anyone vacationing or on a pleasure trip would want to be. It is not luxurious, but the rooms are nice.
