i love staying at the best western in manchester, the housekeepers are very friendly and the rooms are always clean. The front desk always asked if i needed anything, they made me feel very welcome, i would recommend anyone to stay.

We actually found bed bugs and killed several and left them on the counter so they could see them but we were told the room was inspected and it did not have bed bugs.

Room was decent, clean, but lacked any quality. This place may have been remodeled in 1999 (according to other reviews), but it seems they are now trying to cut too many corners. My daughter and I stayed at the Best Western in Manchester, KY and truly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were remarkably clean. The pool was well kept. The staff was very freindly and helpful. I would definately stay there again on my next trip through.
