I was very pleased by the front desk staff. They were well trained and very professional. They made me feel right at home as soon as I walked in. I was there way too early to check-in but they kept apologizing to me and got us in a room early even though they were completely booked for the night.

We had a concert at KFC Yum Center and picked this hotel because it is immediately acrossed the street and they also have a parking garage. This hotel is better priced for families that want a nice safe clean room close to all of the Downtown Tourist Sites. Found the staff very courteous and efficient. The hotel parking was a great price. Easy walk to restaurants and night activity.
