the staff was very nice, very helpful. The room itself was very bad. Very old, very worn out, extension cords to get some electrical devices to work, a chair in the room looked like it had a a burn or some type of stain in the middle of it.

My husband and I travel extensively for business. We needed a room in Louisville for just one night, but everything was sold out - except this Days Inn. I stayed at this hotel for one night while enroute to a wedding in South Carolina. The staff was nice and the room looked clean. My wife and I stayed for 8 nights for a business trip in Louisville. The room was clean and comfortable. The room smelled clean. Service was excellent. Breakfast was biscuits with sausage gravy, cereals, milk, orange juice, coffee, yogurt, bread, oatmeal and peanut butter. The pool was cold 78 degrees, the Jacuzzi was good though. The pool was closed to guests. Front desk was not very helpful with any questions. And the most important thing that should concern anyone is that they have No security cameras on the parking lot and my vehicle had been tapered with and vandalized.

Elevator didn't work, poor breakfast with limited choices (different from the on line images of waffles, etc.), not enough room for number of guests, margin room with old TV. The remote control didn't work. Bed is hard.
