Any hotel can give you a clean, comfortable room, and in this regard, the Ramada Louisville performs more than adequately, with well-lit, inviting rooms that provide sufficient space for both business and leisure. However, where this hotel truly excels is the outstanding service offered by its staff. In more than 300 nights spent in hotels, I have never come across hotel service personnel so willing to go the extra mile and ensure guest satisfaction. This hotel truly features six-star customer service at a much-less-than-six-star price.
If you get a chance, be sure to check out the Mexican restaurant on site. There’s a reason why it is ranked as one of the best Mexican restaurants in the metro area.
