The Seelbach has been a favorite of mine since college. Through the years, we've celebrated holidays, attended parties, enjoyed luxury accommodations, and feasted like royalty! It is a MUST for all. Most recently, we overnighted during the Kentucky State Fair. We had optioned for an upgrade to the Concierge Floor. Excellent front desk staff checked our location, and relocated us... More

Nice comfortable bed and great view. Beautiful lobby and well restored. Bathrooms are a little small but well renovated. Definitely would come back. Location puts all attractions downtown within walking distance.

My spouse and I stayed 2 nights. Every staff member we interacted with was professional and cheerful. I have stayed at the Palmer House in Chicago as well, the Seelbach is just as grand but with a warm welcoming feel.

Visiting Louisville for the first time on business, my wife and I stayed at this historic hotel downtown and were very impressed. The common areas, including lobby, dining area and bar are elegant and historic, and the list of luminaries who have stayed at the hotel. We were treated to a talk from the hotel's historian, who regaled us with... More

Only stayed one night for a weekend getaway. Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Great location: Walkable to most downtown restaurants and events. Starbucks on property and a high end restaurant on site. Fairly price.

I recently stayed two nights. As a Diamond member. I have stayed at many Hilton's. Unlike the Palmer House in Chicago, this hotel has employees whom take pride in great service. I stayed on the Executive floor, super nice and spacious. The hotel maintained it's history while adding some modern updates. We had a great stay and the Executive lounge... More

Beautiful southern charm in a large metropolitan area. Beautiful furnishings and decor throughout. The fitness center is well thought out and spacious. It has exterior windows and lots of equipment. That was a surprise.

Lots of charm in this historic hotel. The rooms aren't very big, but that wasn't an issue for us. The bathroom shower leaked a little, but the roomed seemed to be very clean. Great location in downtown Louisville!

The decor when u walk in is magnificent...then u walk in ur rm. The room is small (I say that generously). Kudos to the photographer! My shower wasn't even big enough to turn around in. I asked for a nice restaurant to eat at, and was told by reception the local microbrewery. ... really. Not at all worth the cost.... More

The room that I payed for was VERY small and overpriced. While the hotel is simply beautiful and the staff were VERY nice, friendly, accomodating, and helpful the room size was so disappointing. The bed was absolutely amazing and the pillows were hard to depart with. I would stay here again, and would recommend it to anyone who asks, I... More
