Booked the Seelbach Hilton last minute for a festival in Louisville and could walk from the hotel. There is parking near the hotel and access on ground level in back of hotel. There is a parking fee but off hand I cannot remember how much. The lobby is beautiful and front desk staff was great. We were a little early... More

I am a Hilton Honors member. Experience: When I checked in I requested a King bed and they said none were available. The room (#450) I was put in the view was top of a tv satelite dish, the tub was dirty, the toilet was too close to the tub, the wall paper was crumbling and floor tiles were cracked... More

The staff at the Seelbach Hotel were very pleasant and Attentive to all my needs. I forgot my Toothbrush and asked the hotel desk clerk if they had a gift shop. He said no but asked me what I needed. I said I forgot my toothbrush so instead of sending me across the street to the CVS, he pulled out... More

Bell Service was horrible and would not allow you to handle things yourself. We had to wait 45 minutes for someone to bring us a cart to load our luggage. Rooms are incredible small, but guess that is just the old hotel style. We had the single queen room. Bring earplugs as the rooms are not quiet and people are... More

The Seelbach is an excellent hotel located right in downtown Louisville. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and the staff are attentive. In addition the hotel offers complimentary shuttle service from and to the airport.

Stayed in a large room on the 4th floor, nice flat screen tv, and an excellent air conditioning system (I like to keep it cold). Room furnishings matched the period decor. The bathroom was small (cruise ship small) but everything worked well and was spotless, and again, the room itself was large. Beds were comfortable and the free wi-fi was... More

They have a shuttle service from the airport to the hotel which is great. The room I was 1008 was huge for one person. Being on the 10th floor the ceilings were also high. Conveniently located in the downtown area with plenty of food options and close to a couple of really great bars that I visited. Does not have... More

I haven even a aging here for years when I come to town for work. They have a free hotel shuttle which is nice, and the staff is great, especially the historian in the concierge lounge. The rooms are small and only the tvs have been updated. They have 24 hour room service which THE BEST. They no longer require... More

Stayed here on a girls weekend. Hard to pick an ideal hotel location since Louisville hotspots are a bit spread out but the Seelbach is probably in the most central area and is quite populated at night so feels safe. The hotel lobby is stunning and the staff were all very welcoming. Our room however was disappointing. Small, no view,... More

I have never been more disappointed than when I stayed at the Seelbach. An exciting girls trip turned sour when we stepped into our room. The room had peeling wall paper, rusted tub, and something black growing in the corners of window in the bathroom. All of this mind you was on the Hilton Honnors floor. I really would like... More
