My wife and I spent 3 nights at the Hyatt while attending a convention the first week in July. We chose the Hyatt because of the good reviews it received here in TA, and because of its proximity to the convention center - it is across the street and connected by an enclosed skywalk. At check-in we were told there... more

My husband and I spent two nights as part of a Kentucky Derby package at the Hyatt and it exceeded my expectations. As part of our package we had extra perks, spa amenties, mint juleps chocolates in rooms each night a custom sketch of derby matted and ready to frame. Room was outstanding, great linens and bed. Staff went above... more

This is a nice hotel. Nothing out of the ordinary but nice. Staff at the hotel was very nice. The maid service was not that great. Nothing major just empty cups were not thrown out and the ice bucket was never emptied and cleaned. The bed was absolutelu AMAZING. It has the pillow topped mattress and tons of regular pillows.... more

We stayed at the Hyatt Downtown for our annual trip to see family and friends. We chose this location for it’s convenience to downtown and for other special reasons. I must say that, if you don’t plan on getting room service or valet parking, consider other options with better amenities. In today’s market, one can obtain a room that may... more

The Hyatt in Lousiville is just a decent hotel. I would call sum it up as "blah". The interior is really boring and dated once you get over the neat height of the atrium and elevators. The rooms were not dirty really, just very very dusty and getting outdated. The sheets were clean (which always matters). The beds are entirely... more

We stayed here last Sat. night. Booked room through Priceline. Lovely surprise. The room was absolutely gorgeous. I'd read other reviews about the noise so I requested a room on an upper floor with a view of the river. Both requests were granted in a blink of the eye. We were on the 18th floor overlooking the Ohio River. We... more

Good location, no need to go outside if you need to get to Convention Center. Lots of restaurants nearby. Taxi from airport not too bad ($17). Staff tried to please. Place was very empty. They did turndown without request. Very neat and tidy. more
