When I knew that we would be spending a night in Louisville on July 18th, I began looking for a nice B&B for my wife and me. The Inn at the Park is in a historic neighborhood near downtown known as "Old Louisville," and it sounded like a neat old mansion. The mansion and the house next door almost suffered... More

We had 3 couples traveling the Bourbon Trail and stayed at the Inn at the Park in old Louisville. We were fortunate to be able to book all 3 rooms in the carriage house. Lovely B&B and a decanter of wine with brownies were awaiting us. We loved having the entire carriage house. It had a full kitchen, if we... More

We booked two rooms and both were spacious and clean. We really appreciated the high quality furnishings with lots of drawers and storage space so we didn't have to live out of the suitcase. The porch was quiet and relaxing allowing us to enjoy the outdoors and spend time together with family. Our hostess was friendly, inviting, and made us... More

Our stay at this B&B allowed us to experience the graciousness of an era gone by. Our host made our visit there both comfortable and educational. When arriving in the afternoon, the option to sip an aged bourbon or enjoy a glass of wine in the parlor is enjoyed as an unexpected treat. The breakfast is prepared with flavors of... More

We traveled with another couple, each of us booked two nights here at the last minute a few days after Christmas. The price was very reasonable. Allyson, the innkeeper welcomed us and was really helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and well-decorated. The inn was just beautifully decorated for Christmas. There were little snacks available throughout the day, a... More

We had a very large room, almost a suite. Extremely comfortable bed. Parking was just outside so very convenient and the area around the house was interesting. It is in the old Victorian suburb and definitely worth a wander around. It was good to have the lounge area downstairs to sit in as well and the outside patio was a... More

...a beautiful room AND my own private balcony!...coffee in the morning after a great night's sleep could not have been better...and then, a delicious breakfast...much better than an impersonal hotel. I'll be back.

My husband and I are from Louisville, but wanted to do something special to celebrate our wedding anniversary so we booked a night at Inn at the Park in the Bridal Suite. I always try to list all the good and the bad in my reviews, but I truly cannot think of a single negative comment to make about this... More
