I recently stayed here while on business. I was here for a week and all the staff was wonderful, very helpful with anything that I needed. I found out from a front desk person that the hotel had been closed and was just reopened under new management. The restaurant in the hotel has the best food of any hotel I... more

I was just in town for the Beth Moore conference and we had a large group staying in 3 rooms. First of all, it took almost 2 hours to "check -in" because they didn't realize if you won't let people check in til 3pm(or atleast just do the paperwork part) when you know you are fully booked , then at... more

I went to this hotel in July 2008 to attend a Police convention that was held there in the adjacent conference center building. I have never in my life stayed at such a terrible hotel. Several weeks before we arrived, I was contacted by the show host who said he was checking our reservation becasue he had found out there... more

This hotel was the site of the Kentucky Bar Exam and no alternative hotels had been given so we felt we should stay here. When we arrived at 4:00, there was a handwritten sign out front "no chech in until 3:00" and a line around the block. It took us 2 hours to check in! People kept coming back to the... more

-Wow, what a horrible place. Front lobby updated, so what! -Mattresses/pillows from the 60,s -Decor in rooms from the 60's -TV movie selector (on 2 remotes) did NOT work -Like a ghost town, minimal employees -Terrible food, was shocked there was even a restaurant in this roach motel -No heat in ANY hall way, FREEZING -Hard to regulate heat/cold in... more

I booked 9 rooms for my volleyball team the weekend of February 22, 2008. It was the preferred hotel for the sports center we were playing at. Lobby and courtyard.... Have been updated fairly recently. The courtyard, with large pool and game area were a good place to hang and have a pizza party after a tournament. Rooms..... Are relatively... more

I asked the clerk for a "complimentary upgrade" as I could see that this was a low season and rooms were plentiful. He chuckled and gave me a King 2-room Suite for the standard internet rate I got at choicehotels.com The room he gave me was way away from the rest of the guest (as requested), in a separate building... more

This is my first on-line complaint of a hotel. Read this before choosing this hotel. Internet service is very 'spotty' (actual word used by the front desk). When we called the front desk to be moved to a room closer to the lobby in hopes to have a better signal for internet access, the clerk stated that internet is 'spotty'... more

We stayed for a tournament this weekend. This hotel is the worse don't stay there. It smelled, the beds are uncomfortable, the decor is the worse ever! It needs a major overhaul! The breakfast was nasty, the waffles were like Eggos. There are better places around this area like Hyatt Place, Holiday Inn, Drury Inn etc. more

The rooms are very dated and I heard from the staff that there will be a remodel now that there is new management. I was lead to believe that there was a jacuzzi on premises, which was my reason for staying there. In fact, on the floor plan given at the Front Desk, a jacuzzi is shown. However, there was... more
