The staff at this hotel really made me feel welcome. The hotel was clean and the price was reasonable. This isn't a 5 star hotel but it's worth the money you pay. They are friendly and attentive and honestly want you to enjoy your stay. It's locate right off the highway and there is super easy access.

First of all the price changes every few hrs. I called and got a quote, and by the time I got there the price was $20 more then I was quoted. Small towels and barn holes on everything. Wow. I'm so not pleased

I have traveled to many places and tend to stay in motels that are mid range in price $80-$120. This place is awful. No internet, the room reaked of mildew, the carpet had more stains than a frat house, the wallpaper is pealing off the walls. I am afraid to remove my shoes let alone sleep in the bed.

the only thing i can say for this place is its located right next to the interstate so you can run away! The first night we got there late so we payed in advance for two nights went in and basically went to bed the matresses were horrible and broken down from previous encounters with cheap hotels we brought our... I was passing through and looking for a cheap hotel, I didn't need anything special just a place to sleep. I thought this hotel was in a good location pretty close to restaurants, and off the highway. Entrance is a little hard to find if not paying close attention. The room was very nice it was clean. The staff was... More

The room was not paid for through the booking site I used. My price quoted for a king size bed was not accepted by the desk attendant, and I ended up paying $15 more than expected. That was the first time I wished I had walked away. When we opened the door, we were greeted by a strong musty smell.... More

The Red Carpet Inn Louisville sits nestled around an interstate off-ramp behind a gas station. There are 2-3 buildings and it's a little confusing navigating and finding the office and rooms, but you get the hang of it. Once we found the office, there was a "local" just hanging on the counter, making comments and chatting with the desk clerk.... More

Driving up makes you immediately regret booking a stay. Run down and unkept. Looks like a place your rent by the hour. WiFi not working--think they gave up and try to book everyone on the end closest to the Wendy's so you can try to access their network. Room had some updates and was clean except for what appeared to... More
