When I walked into the lobby I was treated as an old friend. The staff is friendly and caring. The rooms are clean and comfortable. They made my stay very enjoyable. I strongly recommend staying at the Red Roof in Louisville SE. Superior on value and cleanliness! more
We arrived 3 1/2 hrs. after check-in time and our rooms were still not ready. The lady at the front desk was rude and would not assist us. We were happy to get a nice room at the last minute, after bailing out on an unsuitable motel in the same area. The woman at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was fine - clean and in good repair. The property was nice. Housekeeping was excellent, and the location good. more
Stayed at the Red Roof Inn during the Mid-America Truck Show weekend. Very nicely remodeled rooms. I was really impressed at the room's decor for this calibur of hotel. I expected much worse.
