Hotel is NOT near the freeway (264 or 64)......about 1.8 miles from both. Hotel is in between to well populated business/shopping areas; so, everything is somewhat nearby (but not walking distance). Property is typical of Springfield Suites.....geared towards business traveler----but, for a large family----it also served us very well. Meeting husband who is working in KY. I made a wrong turn and they finally got me there, even though the clerk was new to area. The pool area was clean, not cloudy or strong smelling. The hotel was very clean and nicely decorated, but for a suites hotel the rooms were cramped. Stayed with 2 kids and there was not much room to move around. Sofa bed was very small but my kids seemed to sleep fine on it. The king bed was hard but the linens were of good quality. Lots of pillows too.... more

We had a most excellant stay at this hotel in Oct 2007. We stopped for just one night when returning from TN. The room was impecably clean, the staff was great, the pool was small but fun and the breakfast selection was good. We had to wait for about 10 minutes at check in for our room to be cleaned.... more
