Lovely hosts and a beautiful B&B. We stayed in the Courting Room and loved it. The decorations were darling and everything was cute and kitschy. The breakfast was good and filling. They had warm grapefruit as the first course for breakfast, which I've never had before, and it might be my favorite thing now. :)

The 1840 Tucker House Bed and Breakfast is reason alone to go to Louisville. It is the most authentic, charming, delightful place to stay in all my experiences in B&Bs. We felt like we had stepped back in time. The hosts were warm and welcoming and breakfast was superb. We received great restaurant and sight-seeing suggestions. I can't wait to... More

We stayed 3 nights in this B&B this Week End and It was Just perfect. Alison welcomed us like family and Made us feel Home. She is an Amazing chef and we had the best Breakfast table every morning!! Bed was cozy and so comfy it was hard coming out of it! We had the chance to have some snow... More

I found the Tucker House thru TripAdvisor and it was as advertised and more. It was truly a home away from home. The house, room, and grounds were 1830s (just like our own home but much more elegant than ours). Devona's breakfasts were great. She remembered that I'm lactose intolerant and had soy milk. We were seated outside in a... More

A couple of friends and I decided to stay outside of town for a recent gathering in Louisville. We had never been to Kentucky before and the Tucker House met our expectations in every way. Devona's breakfasts were outstanding, and provided the fuel that we needed for a nice country run down Tucker Station Road. On Steve's advice, we made... More

I stayed in the Travelers room for two weeks in August and another week in September in the Presidents Chambers. Im a regular business traveler and I really wish I had learned about this place sooner. My favorite parts are the extra touches you'd never get from a hotel chain- bathrobes, extension cords, a tower fan, cookies and soda... Lots... More

For just a few dollars more or even the same amount you can experience Kentucky and its hospitality much more than you could at a chain hotel. I choose Tucker House because we have a dog named Tucker. I read the reviews, and thought it can't be that wonderful, but I was wrong. It is and deserves the rave reviews.... More

We had a lovely restful time at the Tucker House. The antiques were quite interesting and we found the whole atmosphere most calming. They were most accommodating to our unique dietary needs. I haven't had time to spend in the woods or watch for wildflowers in years. I gained some lovely memories that will not fade. Thank you for sharing... More

My husband and I stayed here one night at the end of a road trip of the south. I wish we could have stayed longer. We were warmly greeted by Steve and Devona and their gentle dog. We have spent a lot of time at B&Bs and I truly love them. This home stands out because of the impeccable renovation.... More

Wonderful place and wonderful people. The food is amazing!!! really enjoyed our two night stay and two Breakfasts. The accommodations were very nice loved the little extras like ice maker, fridge in rooms stocked with waters, diet coke, sprite. Can't wait to return!!!
